Rashifal is not the same as a full birth-chart reading
A daily Moon-sign horoscope groups people by Rashi, so it is necessarily broader than an interpretation built from a complete natal chart.
A personalized Kundli contains many more variables: ascendant, houses, exact planetary positions, Nakshatra, divisional charts and planetary periods.
Why MoKundli keeps the two separate
The Rashifal screen is designed as a short daily sign-based view. The Dasha timeline and Jyotish AI use the saved chart context for more personal exploration.
Keeping these features separate makes it clearer which information is broad sign-based astrology and which information comes from the user's individual chart.
Provider availability
Daily horoscope APIs can restrict which dates are available. MoKundli only requests dates accepted by the provider rather than manufacturing unsupported future daily forecasts.
That means the number of visible Rashifal dates may depend on the provider's supported window.
Frequently asked questions
How can I find my current Mahadasha, Antardasha and Pratyantardasha?
Vimshottari Dasha starts from the Moon's birth Nakshatra. A calculator uses birth date, accurate time, location and a defined ayanamsa to produce the Mahadasha, Antardasha, Pratyantardasha, Sookshma and Prana date ranges. Check the calculation settings when websites disagree.
Are Shani, Rahu or Ketu Dashas always negative?
No. Traditional interpretations consider the planet's house placement, dignity, lordship, aspects, conjunctions and the running sub-periods. Saturn may symbolize discipline, Rahu unusual opportunities and Ketu detachment; none guarantees a good or bad event.
What should I ask an AI Jyotish assistant?
Ask for your Lagna and house placements, current Mahadasha and nested Dasha dates, the meaning of each Graha, Navamsa comparisons, and how to read career or marriage indicators. Ask it to separate calculated chart facts from interpretation.
Why do two astrology apps show different Dasha dates?
Differences can come from ayanamsa choice, time zone, birth-time rounding, Nakshatra calculation, year-length conventions and nested-period algorithms. Compare provider settings and source data before interpreting the timeline.
Use astrology as context, not certainty
Jyotish is interpretive. A chart or Dasha period does not guarantee a particular life event. Important decisions should also use real-world evidence and appropriate professional advice.
